Sansevieria in Textured White Ceramic

The Sansevieria, also known as the Snake Plant or Mother-in-laws Tongue, is a very low maintenance plant. These beautiful plants are full and stand about 24″ tall. Sansevieria can thrive in low light conditions and are easy care for watering, only requiring a monthly water. Great for a gift for beginners or if you yourself are just getting into plants.

Sansevieria are unique in the sense that they have beautiful variegation on their leaves that will change depending on the light conditions they are placed in. If you notice the variegation fading or it disappears that means the plant isn’t receiving enough light, so if you want to have more pronounced patterns place in a brighter location. In saying that avoid areas with full direct sun as it can sun burn the plant. A good location to display this plant is a corner of the room that needs to be filled or a high shelf that needs a low water plant.
