For those of you who follow us on socials, you’ve likely seen us posting about our Calyx Education Program. Today, we’re excited to share more details!

We have had the program up and running about a year, but have recently updated our platform to make it even more user friendly, and we’re thrilled with how it turned out! The latest courses were just released August 31st (Hanging Installations as well as a bonus course for subscription users Conditioning and Processing Flowers), and we can’t wait to hear what you think of them.

Whether you’re a beginner, a creative soul who’s always loved flowers, or a seasoned florist wanting a style refresh or some business pointers – these courses are for you. You’ll find inspiration, guidance and plenty of pro tips to help your floral skills bloom.

HOW IT WORKS + WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

There are two ways to access Calyx Education’s video courses. You can choose A La Carte at $150 per course, or sign up for a yearly exclusive member subscription for $1500. The subscription includes one course per month, plus two free bonus courses. Both the a la carte and subscription options come with lifetime access to the video courses.

Each lesson is about 20-30 minutes, includes full list of products, tools and supplies required so you can design alongside Erin and Travis. Every course includes both a beginner and advanced version, giving you the flexibility to start where you’re comfortable and grow from there.

You’ll also receive worksheets designed to help you build your skills beyond flowers themselves. Learn how to:

– Create your own floral recipes

– Understand colour theory and how it applies to design

– How to select the right flowers for your designs

In addition, Travis shares some valuable tips she has learned over her 15+ years in the floral industry, including how to photograph, package and market your work professionally.
