Clarissa and Jarred’s Brilliant Blush and Blue Wedding

Brilliant Bride and Groom

This Brilliant Blush and Blue Wedding took place outdoors at the Pine and Pond Wedding venue.  The colors were light blush pink and light blues.

Our stunning bride carried a natural hand tied bouquet made with a variety of flowers in blush pink and soft blue tones including antique blush pink quicksand roses, ivory with blush center white o’hara garden roses, white ranunculus, white lisianthus and blush sweet peas; as well tucks of pale blue delphinium and mixed silver dollar and gunni eucalyptus. The handle was wrapped with a soft bush satin.

Designed to perfectly match the bride’s bouquet yet still stand out against their light pink/champagne dresses the bridesmaid bouquets were designed in a loose and natural style.  The bouquets included antique blush pink quicksand roses, ivory with blush center white o’hara garden roses and blush sweet peas; as well tucks of pale blue delphinium and mixed eucalyptus greenery  The handles were wrapped with a soft blush satin.

Small blooms and greenery taken from the bride’s bouquet were used to make the Groom’s  mini-bouquet style boutonnière that was designed with lighter colored blooms.  His groomsmen, ring bearer and Father wore similar boutonnieres that were smaller but made from the same flowers and greenery.

Mothers and Grandmothers of the couple wore corsages that were designed with a small cluster of ivory spray roses accented by greenery, blush sweet peas, pale blue delphinium and a touch of ribbon.  One was worn as a wrist corsage and the others were worn as traditional pin on corsages.

Vows were exchanged in front of the Pine and Pond’s archway that was decorated with an arrangement of fresh greenery and blooms and placed in the center of the archway.  Salal, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus greenery were used to create a full and natural base.  Atop this a variety of blush and blue blooms were placed to match those used throughout the wedding.  An additional ceremony eye catcher were the aisle markers. They were made with clusters of fresh greenery tied with blush and pale blue ribbons and attached to every second chair down the aisle.

Following the romantic ceremony the reception’s floral focal point was the return of the ceremony archway arrangement that was placed on a gorgeous hexagon archway that sat behind the head table.  This added a breathtaking backdrop behind the couple and complimented the bouquets that were placed  in front of the wedding party as well as the gorgeous guest table centerpieces.

Designed in a footed compote vase with an elongated shape, the guest table centerpieces were elegant yet understated and allowed for great conversation due to their low height and uninterrupted view across the table.  They were made with a fresh arrangement of blooms in white, blush pink and pale blue designed with a variety of mixed eucalyptus greenery tucked throughout.

I hope you were able to envision this brilliant blush and blue wedding and may be able to use some of the decor ideas for your own wedding.
