Today I am pleased to share with you Katelyn & Christopher’s Burgundy and Mauve Central Alberta Wedding. This beautiful wedding featured the most gorgeous florals, including the beloved peony! With stops around various locations within the Red Deer Area, such as Bower Ponds, Cronquist House and Red Hart Brewing, this wedding is brimming with inspiration for the couple planning an intimate Red Deer Wedding. First, our beautiful bride, Katelyn, looked amazing carrying her burgundy and mauve bridal bouquet. It was designed with a variety of flowers such as quicksand roses, amnesia roses, white ranunculus, white peonies, burgundy dahlias and light pink astilbe. It was finished with a variety of mixed eucalyptus greenery including gunni, silver dollar and seeded eucalyptus. I love the depth and texture of this loose and natural styled hand-tied bouquet! What a beauty!

Furthermore, the bridesmaids carried bouquets that were designed to be smaller than the bridal bouquet, yet perfectly complimentary. They featured white peonies and pale pink astilbe with a collar of eucalyptus greenery. Simple, yet elegant, they stood out beautifully against the bridesmaid’s mauve coloured dresses.

In addition, the groom and his groomsmen certainly looked handsome. They wore the sweetest boutonnieres designed with a single quicksand rose accented by a burgundy dahlia bud, pink astilbe and a touch of greenery. So cute!
