Dana and Bill’s Beautiful Homespun Boho Wedding

I am happy to share with you this Beautiful Homespun Boho Wedding.

Our beautiful bride carried a stunning natural hand tied bouquet designed in a loose and natural style with a slight oblong shape. The bouquet was made with a variety of flowers in pale tones of white, beige and blush tones including antique blush pink quicksand roses, ivory playa blanca roses, white ranunculus and terra cotta toned cappuccino roses. For greenery a mixture of cinerea, gunni eucalyptus, bleached bracken fern, bleached ruscus and bunny tail were added and finished off with simple ivory wrap on the handle

Standing out against their beautiful mocha dresses the bridesmaid’s bouquets were designed to perfectly match the brides. Similar to the bride’s bouquet, yet with more greenery and smaller size the bouquets were designed in a loose and natural style with a slight oblong shape.

Stealing the show, the adorable flower girl carried a bouquet made to match the bride’s bouquet but half the size.  In her hair she wore a delicate tie back floral crown that was designed using blooms and greens that were used in the bouquets and tied with an ivory ribbon.

Mothers and grandmothers of the couple wore corsages made with a single white ranunculus bloom, accented by greenery, and dried elements such as bracken fern and bleached ruscus. The mother’s corsages were designed as a wrist corsage on an ivory pearl bracelet while the grandmothers were designed as a pin on corsage.

The handsome groom wore a small “mini-bouquet’ style boutonnière designed with a cluster of small blooms and greenery taken from the bride’s bouquet, wrapped with ivory ribbon. His groomsmen, the fathers, grandfather and the ring bearer’s boutonnières were designed with a cluster of greenery accented by a variety of dried elements such as bleached ruscus and bracken fern.

Inspired by a relaxed and boho feel the ceremony was decorated with several floral arrangements.  Two baskets provided by the bride were each filled with a lush and full arrangement of dried and fresh blooms to match those in the bouquets and placed at the base of the bride’s rounded top wood backdrop. Next, large vases were placed along the aisle and filled with a mix of dried pampas grass, bleached fern and cinerea eucalyptus.

Following the ceremony, the reception saw a return visit of the ceremony basket arrangements as well as guest table bud vase arrangements. The bride’s vintage bud vases were placed 2 per table and each had eucalyptus, dried elements and grasses with loose silver dollar eucalyptus placed at the base of the vases. The low vase had a single rose and the taller had just greens and dried elements.

I hope you have enjoyed reading this blog and you were able to envision this Beautiful Homespun Boho Wedding and might be inspired to use this design for your wedding.
