Kaitlyn and Adam’s Dreamy White Wedding

I would like to share with you Kaitlyn and Adam’s Dreamy White Wedding that took place at the Tin Roof Event Center.  With colours in white, cream, champagne, black, grey and forest green the wedding was both elegant and dreamy with a wintry feel.

A stunning natural hand tied bouquet was designed for our bride. The bouquet was made with a variety of flowers in white tones and included flowers such as reflexed white playa blanca roses, white ranunculus, white with black center anemones and also included a variety of mixed winter greenery such as cedand, italian ruscus and carolina sapphire. The handle was finished off with a simple white silk trailing ribbon.

Designed to perfectly match the bride’s bouquet, the maid of honor’s bouquet stood out beautifully against her black dress. Similar to the brides, the bouquet was designed in a loose and natural style with a slight oblong shape and included a variety of flowers in white tones including reflexed white playa blanca roses and white ranunculus. The bouquet also included a variety of mixed winter greenery such as cedar, pine, italian ruscus and carolina sapphire. The handle was wrapped with a simple white silk ribbon as a finishing touch.

Standing out against his white tux jacket the groom wore a simple yet classic boutonnière designed with a single white anemone bloom accented by a touch of winter greenery and wrapped with a simple black silk ribbon. Additional boutonnières were designed for the best man, fathers, grandfather, and brother using a single white ranunculus bloom accented by a touch of greenery and wrapped with a black silk ribbon.

Sitting at the entryway to the ceremony, the welcome sign was adorned with a simple design of mixed greenery accented by a few white blooms. From there guest’s eyes went to the single large corner arrangement of fresh greenery and blooms that sat at the top left corner of the bride’s archway and the smaller second piece placed asymmetrically on the right side.  Greenery used to create the full, large, natural base including italian ruscus, cedar, and pine.  Atop this was placed a variety of blooms in white including reflexed white roses, snowberry and ranunculus to add interest and wow factor to the design.

Following the romantic ceremony, the room was transformed for the reception using bunches of loose cedar greenery placed throughout the room adding to the classic winter theme. The lower arch piece from the ceremony, made a second appearance being placed along the front of the head table. Guest tables were decorated with loose cedar accented with pinecones provided by the bride. The place setting napkins were topped with a single sprig of cedar to add the finishing touch.

Lastly, keeping with the elegant style, a simple design of mixed greenery accented by a few white blooms were designed into a small cake topper and side cake corsage that were added onto the single tier wedding cake.

I hope you have enjoyed reading this blog and you were able to envision this Dreamy White Wedding and might be inspired to use this design for your big day.
