Katrina and Micheal’s Rustic Boho Wedding

Rustic Elegant Boho Wedding

I am excited to share with you this breathtaking Pine and Pond Wedding!  This wedding featured colours in mauve and ivory tones giving it a warm elegant feel.

Our radiant bride carried a loose styled natural oblong hand tied bouquet.  This stunning bouquet was designed with sage toned greenery accented by a variety of individually placed white dahlias, antique lavender amnesia roses, white ranunculus, mauve astrantia and tucks of mauve butterfly ranunculus.  The handle was wrapped with a simple ivory satin ribbon.  In addition to her bouquet, she wore a matching floral crown.

Her bridesmaid bouquets were designed in a smaller round loose natural style to match hers.  They were made with ivory toned flowers including white dahlia, white ranunculus and white astrantia.  These classic flowers together with the mixed greenery of seeded, silver dollar and gunni eucalyptus stood out beautifully against their multi-tonal pastel dresses.  Designed as a clip-on piece, the bridesmaids wore mauve and ivory accented florals with a mix of sage greenery in their hair.

In addition to our beautiful ladies, our handsome groom and his groomsmen wore mini-bouquet style boutonnieres designed with small blooms and greenery taken from the bride’s bouquet.

The ceremony florals were super impressive, featuring the striking archway arrangement that was created using Italian ruscus, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus topped off with a variety of ivory, mauve and blush blooms including roses, dahlias, ranunculus and astrantia. The arrangement was attached to the top right corner of the Pine and Pond archway that was adorned with white drapery making it a stunning backdrop for the couple’s vows.  Two large urns filled with fresh greenery and blooms that matched the archway were placed at the entrance to the ceremony.

Following the picturesque ceremony, the reception was decorated in a rustic yet elegant fashion.  Each of the natural wood tables boasted full and lush mixed eucalyptus garlands that trailed down the centre of the table spilling over the ends.  On the head table the archway arrangement made its second debut sitting in the middle of the table with the garland greens on either side.  The tables were very aesthetically pleasing with the white table runners, lush greenery and gold and teal place settings that were topped off with a small sprig of olive.

Overall, this wedding was exquisite from beginning to end.  I hope you enjoyed reading this blog.  If the cozy comfortable vibe together with elegant sophistication is what you are looking for this wedding style is worth taking a look at!
