Rebecca and Tucker’s Exquisite Boho Wedding

Exquisite Boho Couple

I am happy to share with you Rebecca and Tucker’s Exquisite Boho Wedding that took place at the Canyon Ski Resort. This lovely wedding showcased colours in light dusty rose, white and greenery with an elegant boho feel.

Our stunning bride carried a natural hand tied bouquet designed in a loose and natural style with an organic oblong shape.  It was designed using a variety of flowers in light dusty rose, blush and ivory tones including playa blanca roses, antique blush quicksand roses, dusty rose butterfly ranunculus, ivory and blush ranunculus, blush astilbe and white sweet peas.  Unique touches and elements were created by adding bleached bracken fern, dried bunny tail as well as cinerea, silver dollar and gunni eucalyptus greenery.

Designed to perfectly match the bride’s bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquets were designed in a loose and natural style using the same flowers as those used in the bride’s bouquet but using more greenery and were about two thirds of the size.

Next small mini bouquet style corsages were worn by the couple’s mothers, sister and grandmothers.  They were designed with a cluster of small blooms and greenery taken from the bride’s bouquet and accented by matching silk ribbon, designed on a white pearl wrist corsage.

In addition to the radiant women, the groom wore a small mini-bouquet style boutonnière designed with a cluster of small blooms and greenery taken from the bride’s bouquet.  Slightly smaller than the grooms, the groomsmen and the fathers wore a small mini-bouquet style boutonnière designed with a cluster of small blooms and greenery matching the bride’s bouquet.

With the scenic hillside in the background, the ceremony took place in front of the Canyon archway that was draped and beautified with a single arrangement of fresh greenery and blooms. The natural base was made using italian ruscus, cinerea and silver dollar eucalyptus.  Atop this, a variety of blooms in ivory and blush with accents of pale dusty rose were placed. The flowers used included light pink astilbe, blush butterfly ranunculus, white hydrangea, white lisianthus and quicksand roses.

Guests entering the ceremony were wowed by the stunning arrangements of fresh greenery and blooms that sat atop the bride’s wine barrels at the start of the aisle. The full and natural base was created using italian ruscus, cinerea and silver dollar eucalyptus. Blooms in ivory and blush with accents of pale dusty rose, matching the blooms used throughout the wedding, were placed throughout giving it a full and lush appearance.

Next, at the ends of the wooden benches a ring-shaped garland was hung adding to the boho decor. These items were used later on the guest tables at the base of the centerpieces.

Following the romantic ceremony, the head table was garnished with a stunning elongated arrangement of fresh greenery and blooms that sat on the center of the table. Greenery such as italian ruscus, cinerea and silver dollar eucalyptus was used to create a full and natural base draping down the front of the table then blending seamlessly into the greenery running the length of the table on either side.  Throughout this arrangement a variety of blooms in ivory and blush with accents of pale dusty rose were added to compliment the ones used throughout the wedding.  The remaining loose eucalyptus and italian ruscus greenery was placed along the length of the rest of the 24-foot table to finish it off.

Providing the focal point for the reception, the chandelier element was created using a beautiful salal garland together with fresh seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus greenery. This element was not only the wow factor in the room, but it made the room smell amazing.

Corsages sitting on the magnificent, tiered cake were the final floral delights for the evening, designed with blooms and greenery to match those used throughout the wedding.

I hope you have enjoyed reading this blog, and you were able to envision this Exquisite Boho Wedding and might be inspired to use this design for your big day.
