MYA + ERIC’S COLOURFUL SPRING WEDDING

There’s something so effortlessly romantic about a spring wedding – and this one was no exception. The bride looked absolutely radiant in her structured white gown, its modern silhouette paired perfectly with soft waves and a glowing smile. Her bouquet was a showstopper – and artful blend of anemones, peonies, roses, ranunculus, dephinium, lisianthus and sweet peas that captured the essence of spring in full bloom.

Her bridesmaids brought even more magic to the day, each wearing a unique gown in soft sunset-inspired tones. From moss green to coral, lemon yellow to sky blue, their dresses created the dreamiest palette against the lush outdoor backdrop. And their matching bouquets – each a playful echo of the bride’s pulled the whole look together with cheerful sophistication.

The groom looked equally polished in a sharp navy suit, classic yet fresh, standing tall besides his bride with a clear umbrella in hand and a smile that matched hers.

CEREMONY

Guests were welcomed with a custom sign adorned in lush florals – a warm and beautiful first impression of what was to come. Nestled among tall trees, the ceremony space felt like a hidden garden, full of colour and charm.

The aisle was lined with a whimsical meadow of blooms, creating a soft, romantic path leading to the altar. Delicate pastel tones of buttery yellows, powder blue, peaches and pinks danced together in each cluster, adding texture and movement with every step.

But the true showstopper was the ceremony arch. Towering and abundant, it overflowed with spring blooms in a joyful palette. Roses, peonies, and delphinium spilled over the structure in a cascading display of colour and elegance. It framed the couple beautifully, offering a breathtaking focal point for their vows.

This floral-forward ceremony was nothing short of magical – a true celebration of love in full bloom.

RECEPTION

The reception at 52 North was a breathtaking blend of modern elegance and vibrant spring charm. The industrial-chic space, with its exposed brick walls and soaring ceilings, provided a stunning backdrop for the evening’s festivities.

Each table featured lush floral centrepieces bursting with seasonal blooms in shades of blush, peach, soft blue and ivory. These arrangements added a fresh, romantic touch to the contemporary setting. The head table was a true focal point, adorned with a cascading floral runner that beautifully complemented the bride’s bouquet and the overall colour palette.

The venue’s expansive windows allowed natural light to flood the space, enhancing the colours and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. As the evening progressed, the soft glow from the Edison bulb lighting added a cozy ambience, perfect for dining and dancing.

52 North’s unique combination of industrial design and natural beauty made for an unforgettable celebration. The thoughtful floral arrangements and the venue’s stylish features came together seamlessly, creating a reception that was both sophisticated and full of joy.
