Every so often, a wedding comes along that feels straight out of a country love song – timeless, heartfelt and breathtakingly romantic. This celebration was exactly that, with a bride who looked every bit the vision of elegance and warmth. Her fitted gown featured a delicate lace-trimmed veil that gently floated in the breeze as she moved. Her soft waves and radiant smile were only matched by the joy she carried in every photo.

She carried a textural all-white bouquet made up of roses, ranunculus, sweet peas, lisianthus, bleached ruscus and wisps of Italian ruscus, finished with a simple ivory stem wrap that let the floral take center stage.

CEREMONY

Set amidst the tall trees of a private family property, this outdoor ceremony felt like something out of a dream. The natural beauty of the surroundings offered the perfect backdrop – lush green grass, a forest of swaying trees and sunlight streaming gently through the branches. At the entrance to the aisle, two towering white pillars held massive, cascading floral arrangements overflowing with white roses, ranunculus and hydrangea, creating a show-stopping welcome to the ceremony space.

As guests found their seats on wooden benches, they walked past elegant arrangements that lined the aisle on either side. Each one was thoughtfully designed with soft, romantic blooms and trailing greenery, creating a path that felt both elevated and organic. The florals in white and ivory brought a sense of sophistication and softness that aligned beautifully with the couple’s timeless style.

At the altar, a striking wooden arch stood tall, wrapped in an abundance of florals and lush foliages. Delicate roses, full hydrangea, ranunculus, spray roses, Italian ruscus and smilax were artfully arranged to cascade and climb, offering natural movement. The arch was more than a focal point – it framed the couple in beauty and romance as they exchanged vows beneath its blooms.

Even a few light rain showers couldn’t take away from the magic. Guests embraced the moment with clear umbrellas in hand, adding a touch of charm to the atmosphere. The love between the couple was palpable, and the setting only amplified the emotions in the air. With each thoughtful floral detail and the serene Alberta prairie setting, this ceremony was the perfect blend of rustic beauty and refined romance.

RECEPTION

Set beneath a dreamy tent, Kylee and Austin’s reception was the perfect blend of rustic charm and refined elegance. The space was filled with round guest tables, dressed in crisp white linens and surrounded by warm wooden cross-back chairs, creating a polished ambience. At each table, beautiful white floral centrepieces – featuring a soft, romantic mix of roses, lisianthus, sweet peas, olive branches and ruscus. The centrepieces were elevated by the soft flicker of taper candles in an assortment of brass and glass holders, creating a delicate glow.

The head table was magnificent. Lush arrangements spilled over the edges and pooled onto the ground below, creating a romantic, garden like effect. The florals complemented the bridal bouquet with white blooms and lush, wispy greenery weaving together to soften the rich wood of the farm tables. Overhead, hanging floral installations added depth, dimension, drawing the eye upward and enhancing the tent’s airy beauty.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to complement the aesthetic – from the elegant black and white table numbers to the beaded glass charger plates and gold flatware. Personalized menu cards added a special touch to each setting, while twinkle lights created a soft canopy of light above the dance floor.

Adding a playful yet chic element to the celebration was the couple’s mobile bar: A charming white horse trailer adorned with fresh florals and a glowing neon “Cheers!” sign. Guests were treated to signature cocktails served from this stylish setup, which perfectly tied into the outdoor, country-meets elegance vibe.

From the florals to the flatware, every aspect of the reception felt thoughtful and authentically them. It was a beautiful celebration that effortlessly coupled elegance with ease, creating an event as fun as it was charming.
