Ashton and Chris’s Romantic Ivory Wedding

I am happy to share with you this Romantic Ivory Wedding.

To begin with, our dazzling bride carried a stunning natural hand tied bouquet designed in a loose and natural style with a slight oblong shape. It was made with a variety of flowers in white and ivory tones including white ranunculus, white sweet peas, white astilbe, ivory playa blanca roses, off-white snowberry and white lisianthus and a variety of mixed sage greenery such as olive, seeded, silver dollar and gunni eucalyptus.

Next the bridesmaid bouquets were designed to perfectly match the bride’s bouquet yet still stand out against the bridesmaid’s dark green dresses. Similar to the brides, the bouquets were designed in a loose and natural style but had less variety of blooms than the brides.  The bouquet was made with a variety of flowers in white and ivory tones including white ranunculus, white sweet peas, white astilbe, ivory playa blanca roses and included a variety of mixed greenery such as olive, seeded, silver dollar and gunni eucalyptus.

Welcoming the guests to the ceremony, two large white ceramic urns sat at the entrance to the seating area. These beautiful pieces were filled with a mix of fresh flowers and greenery, designed to perfectly match the blooms in the archway and created a stunning first impression of the wedding.

Billowing out around the top and the left-hand side of the Pine and Pond large wooden archway was an incredible arrangement of fresh greenery and blooms. The base was made using greenery such as italian ruscus, southern smilax, seeded and silver dollar eucalyptus.  Atop this a variety of blooms in white and ivory matching those used throughout the bouquets were placed.

Following the romantic ceremony, the focal point of the reception was an incredible hanging floral installation that spanned 12 feet in the center of the 24-foot length of the head table creating an amazing cloud of fresh greenery and blooms designed in a loose and billowing style.

Fresh loose greenery including silver dollar eucalyptus, seeded eucalyptus and italian ruscus was placed along the length of the head table.  White rose and spray rose blooms were tucked throughout to add a floral element giving it a romantic feel.

Guest tables were also adorned with fresh loose greenery including silver dollar eucalyptus, seeded eucalyptus and italian ruscus that was designed into a garland and extended down the center of the table.  White rose and spray rose blooms matching those used throughout the wedding were also placed into the garland.

Four additional arrangements were designed to be placed throughout the reception adding floral accents to the welcome table, bar, and gift table. These arrangements were designed in footed white compotes and boasted lush greenery bases with white and ivory blooms atop.

Other floral accents at the reception included the return of the archway arrangement that was placed on the “It was always you” sign as well as the return of the two large ceramic urns that sat at the entrance of the reception tent.

I hope you have enjoyed reading this blog, and you were able to envision this Romantic Ivory Wedding and might be inspired to use this design for your big day.
