We get a ton of messages near the end of the week from a ton of you and just wanted to let you know if you don’t hear from us immediately we aren’t trying to ignore you! Our Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays are super busy for us. From processing flowers, designing everything from bouquets to centerpieces, and on Saturday coordinating pick ups and deliveries/set ups.
It is really important to us to do a great job for all of our wonderful clients. We want to give our full attention to all the steps along the entire planning process. When we communicate with you, we want to give you our undivided attention because we want to make sure we can keep track of any and all of the little changes along the way and keep all the details straight for you. And – obviously when we are designing we also want to give all our attention to that so that we can work efficiently and do our best work. For that reason, if you reach out to us on the Thursday, Friday or Saturday we just want to forewarn you that it may take up to a couple days to get back to you. Even if it seems like a small, simple detail – it does require taking out your file so we can answer any questions you might have and make any changes immediately so that nothing gets missed or forgotten and that time adds up on designing days. If you can remember to wait until the beginning of the week – great! We can get back to you much quicker, otherwise just understand there may be some delay in our response. We really hope you understand, we are just trying to do our best for all of you!
