With This Ring… Fall Bridal Gala
Every year the whole Calyx Floral Design team looks forward to the With This Ring… Bridal Gala. This is our time to shine and we get to do what we do best… design stunning flowers for the perfect wedding.
Choosing a theme for our booth is always the most fun for our team and this year we just couldn’t decide…. we LOVED all of the boho weddings we are seeing in central Alberta…. and we LOVED an elegant antique feel … so, we combined the town looks for an antique boho design! I personally think it turned out beautifully! (…and we won best booth at the show… so I guess it was good combo;)
Some of my favourite things… The epic circular arch from Wanderlust Events that we covered in flowers and greenery is such a unique alternative to the traditional arch. The aaaaaahhhhmazing macrame archway and hangers from Emjays Design and the incredible Cappucino roses we got in! I have never used this variety before but their stunning rose gold color tone is mind blowing! (and I will definitely be using them again!)
Even my wonderful staff dressed up for the theme in some pretty adorable boho style so we had to let them be part of the photos! Thanks so much to the very talented Raelene Schulmeister Photography for capturing such stunning photos of our designs.
