For the ceremony, Calyx Floral Design created a setting that felt organic, sculptural and intentionally unstructured. A gently winding aisle softened the traditional ceremony layout and invited guests toward the altar.

Generous aisle arrangements followed its curves, combining white blooms with fresh green textures. Individual calla lilies tied to chairs added a restrained floral detail between larger pieces.

At the altar, arrangements in white urns rose at varied heights to create an asymmetrical focal point. Roses, hydrangea, anthurium, viburnum and calla lilies brought fullness, while sculptural grasses introduced movement and unexpected lines.

The floral story continued across centrepieces at several scales and price points. three centrepiece styles demonstrated how floral impact can shift across different scales and investment levels. On round tables, ikebana-inspired arrangements paired calla lilies and amaranthus with looping bear grass for a contemporary, artistic look. Long harvest tables featured rows of slender bud vases, each holding sculptural calla lilies. Finally, crystal candelabras anchored the largest centrepiece option. Clusters of calla-filled bud vases and phalaenopsis orchids surrounded each candelabra, balancing floral abundance with glowing candlelight.

Beyond the centrepieces, a statement feature table created an entirely separate floral experience. An artificial tree from Copper Cloud Event Rentals formed a dramatic canopy overhead. Below, flowers flowed between the tables, while abundant floral waterfalls cascaded dramatically toward the floor.

At the sweetheart table, an abundant floral waterfall spilled dramatically over one side and continued toward the floor. Layers of hydrangea, roses and phalaenopsis orchids created fullness, punctuated by green anthurium and trailing amaranths. Sculptural grasses looped through the flowers, adding expressive lines and movement to the cascading design. 

For one evening, flowers could transform the tent into a world of its own—and give a couple the feeling of stepping directly into their wedding vision.
